Job description:
Reporting to Damien ALLINE, ACDC project coordinator, your mission will be to manage the implementation of the project's digital infrastructures, at the heart of the digital transformation of higher education in Benin, Côte d'Ivoire and Togo. In this context, your activities will include: Managing the Infrastructures work package: operational planning, preparation of meetings, management of steering committees, drafting of reports. Managing dialogue with partners: regular exchanges with NRENs and beneficiary universities, understanding needs in the field, translating requirements into appropriate technical solutions. Manage technical design: draft and co-pilot specifications (connectivity, campus networks, NREN services), define technical specifications in line with NREN standards. Supervise remote services: monitor services in the three countries, coordinate with service providers and telecom operators. Ensure the quality of deliverables and good coordination between stakeholders (NREN, telecom operators, ministries) Your future team You will join a project team of 3 people within an international consortium made up of partner universities in West Africa (Togo, Benin, Côte d'Ivoire), AUF, WACREN and Expertise France. You will evolve in a stimulating environment where technical innovation and social impact combine to transform the digital ecosystem of African higher education.

You have developed the following skills: Mastery of project management methodology. Mastery of networks and telecommunications. Knowledge of NREN standards and services (eduroam, AAI, LM). Genuine interest in the challenges of digital education and development in Africa. Taste for technical innovation. Level of English B2-C1 (leading meetings in English in an international context). You have the following human qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in a multicultural environment. Creativity, strength of proposal. Curiosity and open-mindedness. Rigor, reliability. Autonomy. Team spirit. You have a Master's degree or an engineering degree with a specialization in telecommunications or international project management.
