Job description:
Reporting to Laurence Tibère, project coordinator, your mission will be to coordinate and/or carry out administrative and financial management activities related to the project, in collaboration with IRD support services. You will also be required to support project leaders in their interactions with service providers, partners, different categories of stakeholders and populations. Your activities will include: Carrying out certain logistical operations (reservations, monitoring purchase orders). Drawing up management charts, identifying and monitoring indicators, producing reports and statistics. Contribute to the preparation of the budget and amending budgets corresponding to income and expenditure forecasts (in liaison with support services). Ensure the circulation of information, communicate with the structure's departments and external partners. Provide support in coordinating relations and interactions (meetings, workshops, seminars, training courses) between project leaders and the various parties involved. Inform and support project contacts and partners in their work. 1. Administrative management Assist the coordinator in planning and organizing meetings of the steering committee (COPIL). Prepare documents required for meetings, including agendas and minutes. Manage internal and external communications related to the project. Manage diaries, travel (air travel) and accommodation for COPIL members attending meetings. 2. Financial Management Ensure that requests for quotations comply with funding rules and public accounting requirements. 3. Project Planning and Monitoring Draw up schedules of activities, presentations and seminars. Monitor the various stages of the project, in collaboration with the coordinator and in liaison with service providers and partners. Assist in the analysis and synthesis of data collected from socio-economic players and public institutions. Make available the results and impacts of the actions implemented. 4. Communication and Training Participate in the design and implementation of communication plans. Prepare presentation documents and visual aids for seminars and presentations.

You have developed the following skills: Knowledge of the social, cultural and economic environment of La Réunion. Knowledge of European funding procedures. Mastery of office automation tools. (Ability to use project management and accounting software. Mastery of communication techniques. English language level B1. Written and oral communication skills. Organizational skills and time management. You demonstrate the following human qualities: Rigor and organization Autonomy. A taste for teamwork, interpersonal skills. Sense of responsibility and initiative. Ability to adapt. Ability to manage priorities. Demonstrated leadership. Sense of ethics. You have a level 6 diploma, bachelor's degree in project management, administration, finance, or a relevant field. 2 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in the research field or with international organizations or dealing with European funds would be a plus.
