Job description:
Under the supervision of the Head of Ob7, your mission will consist of coordinating and carrying out administrative and financial management activities in a versatile and autonomous manner, in liaison with IRD's Support Services. The Observatory carries out scientific projects financed on a project basis to the tune of 2M€ per year and with different funding agencies (FEAMPA, Horizon Europe) as well as service contracts with institutional and private partners. You will also be required to support project leaders in their interactions with service providers, partners, different categories of stakeholders and populations. Your activities will include: Coordinating and carrying out administrative, financial and personnel management activities within a structure or project. Draw up, prepare and control management acts and prevent litigation. Participate in and ensure the examination of complex files, checking regulatory compliance. Coordinate the logistical aspects of the structure. Produce management charts, identify and monitor indicators, produce balance sheets and statistics. Propose and design administrative management tools, processes and documents to improve the structure's operation. Ensure the circulation of information, communicate with the structure's departments and external partners. Inform and support the structure's interlocutors in their dealings. Monitor regulatory developments in all areas of management. Your future team: You will be based in Sète as part of a dynamic team of 15 people.

You will have developed the following skills: Knowledge of European funding procedures. Mastery of office automation tools. (Writing and dashboards). Ability to use project management and accounting software. Communication skills. English language level B1. Written and oral communication skills. Organizational skills and time management.
