Job description:
Reporting to the two managers, the trainee will collect and analyze HR data on local staff, in order to draw up a five-year forecast of the HR trajectory. Your main activities will include: Drawing up management charts for each representation to monitor retirement projections over 5 years Producing a budget projection linked to retirements in line with local regulations Ensuring the quality of the data transmitted and harmonizing it in order to produce HR indicators Producing an HR database in the South enriched with data on positions and skills Working on the employment trajectory The position requires working in close collaboration with the various IRD representations abroad.
Qualifications: M2 HR management You have developed the following skills: Good knowledge of Excel and the management of large volumes of data Ability to analyze HR data and define avenues of reflection Communication and drafting of summaries Ability to organize, plan and manage projects You have the following human qualities: Curiosity Thoroughness People skills and interpersonal skills Dynamism Autonomy and Adaptability You have a particular interest in scientific issues relating to climate, biodiversity, global health and inequalities, as well as in international development cooperation.
