Job description:
Reporting to the project's scientific coordinator, your mission will be to coordinate the implementation of the project according to the project's action plan, timetable and budget. In this context, your activities will include: Organizing and monitoring the implementation of project activities by project partners according to the project's action plan and timetable. Contribute to the drafting of the main project documents: protocol, procedures, CRF, monitoring plan. Carry out and monitor regulatory and administrative procedures in accordance with international regulations and those of participating countries (ethical authorizations, data security and confidentiality). Ensure administrative and financial monitoring of the project with IRD support services. Ensure coordination of project monitoring & evaluation. Organize meetings of the project coordination committee with partners. Draft half-yearly project reports for Expertise France/Initiative. Draft the communication plan and ensure its implementation. Participate in the drafting of scientific communication documents, newsletters, infographics Your future team Within the COMBINE-PMC project, the Bordeaux-based team includes the project coordinator, the social science researcher, the administrative and financial manager and statistician, and the EMR271 Unit Director, who has administrative responsibility for the project. In Côte d'Ivoire and Togo, you will be in regular contact with the project's national directors (PNLP), project managers, social science researchers and the administrative and financial managers of PAC-CI and CARESP.
You have developed the following skills: Project planning and management: ability to organize and manage the various stages of a project, coordinate the players involved, structure the decision-making process and develop monitoring tools (management charts, performance indicators). Administrative and financial management: ability to monitor project budget execution, analyze financial statements and anticipate needs in order to adjust planning and resources. Application of regulatory frameworks in operational clinical research: mastery of ethical and regulatory requirements, and ability to implement Good Clinical Practice (GCP) in field activities. You have the following human qualities: a strong taste for teamwork and good interpersonal skills; the ability to anticipate and prioritize actions; autonomy and a sense of responsibility; initiative and the ability to make proposals; thoroughness and writing skills. You have a level 6-7 diploma (Master II) in the following fields: public health, global health or project engineering. You have between 0 and 2 years' professional experience in project monitoring and management in countries with limited resources, preferably in the health sector. 10-15 day missions to Côte d'Ivoire and Togo are planned twice a year.
